Which oil change. Nice guys. Professionally done. Reset the electronics on my hybrid which many service centers struggle with. No wait when 3 other shots good me they were booked for 2 days.

Went for oil change. I requested 10/30 instead of 5/30 because I have a small, annoying leak and thicker oil will slow it dow some. I was told the manager would have to approve that, as it wasn’t factory guidelines. It’s my car, I can use whatever weight I want I explained. I still had to sign a waiver since I was deviating from factory specs. 45 minutes later I got a page to return to service, was told they couldn’t service my vehicle because the factory cap was missing from the coolant reservoir and the one I had wasn’t factory issue. Been like that for 5 years of oil changes, never a second look or comment. I’m usually easy going, but this nit-picking sent me into a minor tirade. I will go back, though, because vehicle is too old to warrant a $50 premium oil change.

Made an appointment to have tires put on my SUV. They did it in about an hour. Unbelievable price amd they look Awesome! Couldn't be happier. The emoyees there were very helpful. The experience exceeded my expectations.

Yes, they do repairs as stated above in their tire center/auto center, they also sale do it your self kits.

Correct me if I,m wrong ,I asked the checker for replacement of that oil plug drain,but instead they suck the dirty oil at the top of cover lead,that is not the proper way of oil change,right,thanks anyway .
No, it was first come first serve when I was last there. I went to the garage door and the attendant put my vehicle on the service next list.
I did not schedule one but nonetheless it was a smooth process and I did not have to wait. Hope that helps.
