My service order #485700 95350 before they start working on my vehicle,I ask the checker to replace the oil drain srew nut,I told him it so tight I can't loosen it.but the technician do nothing to replace it...that Lind of job is not fit to them

Correct me if I,m wrong ,I asked the checker for replacement of that oil plug drain,but instead they suck the dirty oil at the top of cover lead,that is not the proper way of oil change,right,thanks anyway .

You asked them to replace the screw and they didn't? I don't think they have them on hand for all cars and that may be why it wasn't done. Walmart isn't in the business of being helpful.
