The campsites are amazing... They are level, nice picnic tables and grill stands. But the bathrooms were a bit sorry the whole time we were there. At the camp store, they only sold bio blocks.... No real firewood. Ice was almost $6 for 5 lbs. And for me, the worst part was the shower situation. They only have coin showers, $1.50 for 4 minutes. And these showers are absolutely disgusting. Dirty, dingy... They reminded me of the camp showers from a rustic summer camp I attended in middle school.... You're basically paying to shower in filth and other women's hair. Like I said, nice camp sites. But if you look forward to a hot shower at the end of a long and dirty day, this may not be the place for you.

I am very happy with my stay here. My friends and I stayed four nights in the tent camping area. The place was clean, quiet, and had adequate space between sites. The rangers seemed happy with their jobs and chill. They didn't mind that all our caving gear sat out to dry each day. I will be back.

I will have to visit again after the construction is completed. I’m sure I will bump this review up a star. We listened to the ranger give a talk at the amphitheater in the evening by a fire! It was great and informative. There are 3 campgrounds inside the park. I stayed at the main one and it was adequate. I think the other 2 are more primitive. It’s a relatively dry cave so it doesn’t have the usual stalagmites and stalactites. But, it is a must see being the largest cave system. It boggles my mind thinking about the early spelunkers.

Great campgrounds! Quiet, reespectful clean. Little country market is convenient...very nice Ladies running the cafe and market! Bathroom/showers+laundry and mail all right there too. Great amenities and camping! Highly recommend.

From my understanding, $20 per night for a basic campsite, $25 for the group site, and $50 for the VIP site.
No reservations accepted, they do honor system and check the next day as Rangers and staff randomly drive around the campson golf cart. They have 100 sites and most accommodate a Hammock Camper, plenty of trees and shade. We had to walk out of the camp just to see most of the stars. $20 Bathroom's wel kept and pay showers at the general store right beside the camping sites
Not at the park campground, there is a Lodge and I think some of it is one level similar to a motel where you park in front of your unit. There are a number of private cabins in the area.
There are two full hookup sites but one is taken by the campground hosts. $50 per night and first come first serve (not reservable).
Yes, must stay on leash 6' or less
Yes, it will count as one day of camping- I hope you get the opportunity to tour the cave.
Yes, there are sites with electricity. However, nothing is open yet.
You're allowed dogs on the grounds but not in caves and they can't be left at the campsite alone. I'm not positive on the kennels but I would imagine they would have them. Id call and ask first
