This vehicle failed a pre-purchase inspection because of the extensive rust damage to the frame. The dealership says it's not that bad. So either a mechanic with no skin in the game was lying, or Toyota's service team was lying in order to save face. I'll let you be the judge. Buying used cars requires due diligence on the buyer's part, so be sure you get that inspection if you're shopping here. This dealership is certainly more than ready to sell you an unsafe vehicle for a price that does not reflect its true condition.

Hi Andrew, We do not offer a vacuum or car wash when the vehicle is brought in for service, and we do not do the semiannual coating.
They spray down the seating and tables after each guest moves. Masks are required.
Lol, I've purchased 2 vehicles from them in the past 2 years. Our rep Daniel went out of his way both times to find us exactly we wanted and got us awsome deals...our last purchase was a 2019 4runner at 0.9% interest. $3000 under msrp! No complaints here.
