One of worse experiences. People making drinks are a bit too slow. Vegan options extremely limited. I got one drink replaced by my fault, but I didn't receive another one at all.

This location is inside the downtown Raleigh Marriott. It is very rare because usually Sheratons have real Starbucks stores inside. Nevertheless it is good surprise. Having a full service Starbucks in hotels is always a good thing.

Unless you’re interested in visiting the slowest Starbucks in America, I don’t recommend this store. With a line winding thru the entire hotel lobby, I watched the baristas casually chat for 20 minutes while waiting for my espresso. Infuriating.

If you place a call into the store and give them your information, they will be happy to have your coffee travelers and cups/sugars/cream available for you when you need them.
Depends on how far you want to walk. It's about 9 blocks & I walk it but it's easier to take the free R Line. Drops you off right across the street.
