Positive: who worked the front desk was extremely pleasant. He made each of his guests feel welcomed. Breakfast was ready when said. The same is true with Lolo. The beds were like sleeping on clouds. We always had what we needed. We'll be back. Negative: Upon our arrival at 4:40am alot of unfortunate events took place. Our disappointment was the way in which the matter was handled. This is a position of hospitality so when a matter occurs you still have the ability to handle it in a hospitable way.

Took a long time to check in, inattentive staff and no housekeeping services during the 4 day stay. Front desk staff refused to bring fresh towels up. Plus, the room was outdated and it wasn’t clean, there was hair on the bed. The AC unit was quite loud as well.

Positive: The general manager checked me in and was very courteous, friendly and efficient! My room was super clean and had ample room. There were plenty of places to park and the area/hotel were very secure. Tables were cleaned throughly at breakfast. Negative: No, it was a great stay!

Rooms need to be upgraded for the price. Although it's not a 5 star hotel at least pretend you care. Location is convenient. Elevator down for my entire week stay. Although, there was a working one but you had to walk all the way down the end of the hall. Unacceptable! Overall quiet, friendly staff. Housekeeping. Bless their hearts. Short staffed and some even look exhausted but still kept a smile on there face.
