These guys saved my bacon! I was on the Island visiting a friend for day when my back rear brake locked up around 2pm, and I had no way of fixing it or getting home. Called them up at the recommendation of my friend, and they were fantastic! Helpful, quick with info, good pricing to boot! I got the vehicle to them by 3pm, and by 5:30pm everything was fixed and good to go. Thanks to them, a day trip was saved, and I got home safely. Thank you all very much!

I called ahead today because my tire pressure light came on, and I had a prominent flat. On the phone, I asked if I could bring my car and leave it to get my tire checked today and repaired if needed. I explained that I had purchased them at my local LS a few months ago. He told me they could, but it would be a couple of hours to wait. When I arrived, I explained again that I wanted to leave my car to have the tire inspected and repaired or replaced if needed. At this time, he asked how often I had my pressure checked, and I told him that at the time of purchase--he told me I should be doing it monthly and, again, to move my car. After trying to lecture me about how dangerous it was to drive on the flat, someone else filled the tire and said it might need replacing if it was damaged. After the tires were checked and the flat filled, he told me I was "good to go ." Again, I explained (twice) that I needed to have my tire checked before driving over an hour home tomorrow if there was a leak. Finally, after being told to move my car again and go back inside, I was checked in. They called near closing time to say it was ready and to come to get it before they left and hung up. At pickup, I was handed my keys and receipt with no explanation. When we asked if the tire was damaged, he said, "oh yeah, there was a hole. Nothing in it". On Monday, I'll be making another appointment at my Les Schwab to have my tire checked again and determine if I'm eligible for replacement. After talking these individuals into doing their job safely and correctly the first time, I lack confidence in their process. I want to determine if I'm eligible for replacement under warranty--that they also did not care to discuss. I don't trust this location or that they have the customers' best interest in mind. I would have had a flat tomorrow with no tire centers open if I had accepted their responses. This service was full of pushback and attempts to downplay my request and concerns. I felt like I had to convince them (Mike and whoever filled the tire) to inspect the tire so I could drive safely. From start to finish, I was spoken down to, and it was obvious they were trying to speed me through the processes and it was obvious my concerns (explained in detail multiple times) were not shared. The customer may not always be correct, but concerns should be acknowledged and respected. Employees should act diligently and in their best interest when they show up with a flat tire and specific, reasonable requests.

Was able to get help quickly so I have them two stars. Customer service was terrible. The man I talked to was extremely short and rude with me. Wouldn’t even let me explain my need to buy two new tires. I Had to drive to the next town over on a donut to get to the next les Schwab. It was very dangerous. Wouldn’t recommend this particular shop.

Yes you can. It's never a requirement to buy a set of four. They may recommend it base on wear but they will still sell you what you want.
