I'm a newer pool owner and initially tried buying most stuff and educating myself about pool care online. What I found out is that you really can't replace having local experts for advice. I mean, I can read articles and watch YouTube videos all day, or I can go to Lumos, explain what's going on, and have an answer to my question and a product to address it in 2 minutes. I'd personally rather go to Lumos and spend the extra time in the pool. Really great people here who are always super friendly and helpful!

We purchased a hot tub and a fire table and we couldn't be happier. Their team came out and placed the tub in the back yard as part of the package, which came complete with steps, cover and cover lifter, as well as a chemical package. Our hot tub had a minor defect from the factory and Hugh came to our home personally and solved the issue at no cost. Good luck trying that with a big box store. We shopped everywhere and spent a lot of time researching tubs. Lumos was the best overall value and had the customer service and attention to detail we were looking for. Our tub runs like a dream. We're very happy with our purchase.

Our company strives to offer all options during this difficult time. In an effort to minimize safety concerns, we require every guest to wear a face covering, we have masks for those who do not have one. We have sanitizing stations in the front and rear of the store, and we regularly sanitize high traffic areas. For those who do not wish to enter the store for health reasons, we offer both, curbside pickup, and no contact delivery.
