Chili's Grill & Bar - Patio Open for Dine-in

Still under staffed so only half the restaurant is being seated. Chili was burnt and dry and had to be sent back. Ordered a Watermelon Spritzer Margarita which was on the table tent and they were out of watermelon. When the entrees came out, the plate was hotter than the food which was barely above room temperature. We used to love Chili's but they have seriously deteriorated. Unfortunately, this will be our last time there.

There are two things I love from Chils, their fajitas and skillet queso. Both were a little off today. The queso was over thick and didn’t have a great flavor. The fajitas were bland. The service was ok but slow. I heard the waitress apologizing to another group saying they are severely understaffed. The cleanliness could have been better. We were the first people in the restaurant and our table had muck on it from the day before.

It was fairly quiet when I stopped in on an early Friday afternoon. I sat at the bar and had a Makers Mark on the rocks, chips w/ salsa, and the Shrimp Fajitas. Everything was excellent. The woman tending bar was very friendly and attentive. I wore a mask in, sat at the far end of the bar soo could keep it off as I ate. Noticed all but one person did not have masks on, nor at the ready. I would patronize this location again.
