I’m not sure what’s going on at this location but it seems to be heading down hill. I waited at the drive thru for 45 minutes (I was stuck between two cars so I couldn’t leave) I waited, and then the girl came on to take my order except she said “I’ll be with you whenever I can” Oh. Okay. Whenever? It was said with sasss. I imagine she’s having a rough day- so I let it go. But, whew it’s getting bad there. Someone needs to support their staff.

If you don’t want to work don’t work !!! Idk who was at drive thru July 13th around 4 o clock but he was really disrespectful and we told him never mind because he had too much of a attitude on taking orders! I’ll drive a few more miles to go to another Wendy’s instead of this one

Ordered a taco salad (after they was no baked potatoes) and got a salad and chili no nachos, no sour cream. With these gas prices who’s going drive back. It’s drive thru only, and they just throw whatever in the bag. I called and she said I can’t mail you any coupons it’s my GM and hung up! Worst place ever! Go across the street to all the other fast food this place sucks!

As a manager of this location I was shocked to see the lack of professionalism and protection for the customer. Not only is food held at the wrong temperature but food is made with bare hands all the employees are either in their own world or don’t care. This place needs to be shut down permanently.
