Glass dirty limes dry waiter slid me my menu across the case if ketchup on counter told DM he left it there got veggie burger should have come with sliced avocado did not nor did they tell me until I asked o Lu reason I went was BECAUSE got a free birthday burger IT WAS A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE GLAD I DIDNT SPEND MY MONEY I WOULD GAVE BEEN UPSET FOR REAL

4 1/2 stars... Only because the wait staff make it enjoyable. The kitchen is slow and the burgers are thrown together. I guess pride and craftsmanship have little to do with the hiring at Red Robin.

The waiter was suuuper sweet and the burgers were okay, but the sides were super disapointing. My sweet potatoe fries were super burnt and our onionrings got served cold..

Hello! On Monday my husband and I decided to go eat at this location Red Robin. We love the burgers and we always order the garlic parm fries. We were charged upgrade, which we didn’t mind, however we were NOT SERVED garlic parm fries. Just regular ones. After we were done my husband wanted to get more fries of the ones he had actually order. We were disgusted by how much oil there was on the fries. So saturated that every bite it would squirt oil and it was nasty. We’ve always order fries like that and never had received them with oil. The server was nice. It’s wasn’t her fault. However we will mot be going back to this location. My husband and I both got sick next day. Disappointed.
