The staff is lazy and rude. I have called them and employees don’t listen to you and will hang up on you if you ask to speak to a supervisor. The staff acts like you are lucky to get their help. You have to walk on eggshells around the employees and if you ask them a question that will make them do some work they accuse you of being rude. We are required to look for work because we are told that it’s safe but WorkSource isn’t open full time and staff mostly teleworks. Thyda is a robot and never answers if you say hello how are you. I have gotten so much misinformation that they are useless.

Never been on unemployment, until Covid 19 shut everything down. I have to say I am impressed and very thankful that this department has been able to take care of my family and me, even with tens of millions fong across the country. Highly recommend using online resources to file and communicate.

This is a fantastic place to go if you need a job. Upon entering here the first time one of the employees approached me to help me get started. I was given loads of documents detailing places hiring to apply at as well as a schedule for tons of on-site hiring events and free classes. They helped me sign up for their site which has access to TONS of local job listings. After being signed up I went home and spent the next 6 hours applying to about 30 different jobs. Within two weeks I had three interviews from those applications, of which I got a job. From the first time I went into this place to getting a job was only about three weeks. Could not recommend this place highly enough.

Everyone here are wonderful and show that they care. Their programs are great and will help you in anything you need to get you that job. I am currently working with them in helping me get a job. I just wish I knew to come here sooner
