Over priced, I didn't feel like it was worth $178 of my hard earned dollars. The carpet was sticky and had stains. The furniture looked to be refurbished. My wife and I were scared to sleep in the bed. The sheets were stained but ultimately it was the roach sitting there on the counter looking at me and my wife that had me flipping out but it was the end of the night what were we going to do. There was only TV in the whole joint so much for watching TV from the comfort of the bed until you fall asleep😞😩😕. DAMN!!!, advertisement had us fooled!!! No complementary breakfast for the family. My wife wanted to try the pool but we was told the Pool wasn't a heated pool just the indoors got really hot. The hallway to get to the pool was leaking water so we couldn't get to the pool if we wanted to. I almost forgot to add the wifi didn't work either.

This place is so run down and outdated. The couch in the room had so many stains on it and the outside balcony is never cleaned. The carpet in the room is dirty, the beds rock when sitting on them. They list that free breakfast is provided, but the front desk states thst has not been offered in over a year. I will not be returning ever. I really didn't research this place enough and for the price, it certainly should have been much nicer.

Worst experience ever !! Dirty hotel. Where our room was it looked like a dungeon . We asked before we checked in about the rooms I had my 2 step daughters with me an wanted them to feel safe. They lied to me told me they had flat screens an clean sheets. Sheets where yellow Looking. Trash an dirt everywhere. Sink had holes in it . Tub was disgusting an dirty. I found 2 cockroaches in bathroom. Only reason we stayed is because my step daughters were so sleepy an half asleep. Needless to say the lobby was completely different than how the rest of the hotel looked. I paid 130 with my AAA DISCOUNT but I could’ve went down to the motel an paid less for better. Not to mention they had a 4th floor suite just like one we got which was updated an empty. ( the person at the front desk the next morning told us that ) I’m so frustrated an want a refund of some sorts.

Staff was awesome, super friendly and helpful. Lobby and corridors wreaked of smoke. The whole place is old and run down, in desperate need of a remodel. Stains everywhere. Bed was rock hard, pillows were paper thin. Bathroom looked like it was thorough a war. The room stank of musty old cigarette smoke.
