Outside of the fact that my car got stolen from the parking lot, they will not answer in any capacity. Gave me my final bill 21 days after move out, said it will get sent to collections if I don’t pay 30 days after move out day. Have been trying to call to resolve and pay and they refuse to answer phone calls or emails. So if you care about your credit, response times, professionalism, or the safety of your car, probably not smart to live here.

Lake hurst has been an awesome place to live. They welcomed us from the day we filled out an application. We moved here from Connecticut. Diana in the office is amazing. She’s right on anything we need. And awesome with the kids.and Nate in maintenance is wonderful are well. Me and my family have no regrets on no wing here!!!!!!!!

The apartments are spacious and it’s a nice community. I moved in to this community because of space, location, and the manager Kimberly. If I ever had a problem she made sure it was taken care of. Now that she’s leaving, it is definitely not going to be the same. She makes us feel like family and important to her. I’m going to miss her a lot and I don’t know what is going to happen when she leaves. The only good thing about current situation is Tyler and Zach are staying and they are awesome maintenance guys.

Lakehurst apartments is a beautiful place to call home. My family and I enjoy the quiet/ relaxed atmosphere. The apartments are spacious and well maintained. The complex is located in a very safe area of Spring Lake. It is a great place for families. The staff is very friendly and attentive to residents needs. They are quick to respond to any concern. I know there are a few negative reviews but the apartment is under new management and they take really great care of their residents. I love living here and I am sure you will too!!!
