5 miles of trails. Solitude and a few views maybe on a clear day. Very wooded and some small creeks.

A very charming neighborhood to park. The forest is quiet in the morning without any distractions. A great place to slowly think and concentrate on the peacefulness of nature.

Not a hard hike at all. I wouldn't go after a rain again, because a lot of the trail can get pretty muddy, but it is a great little stroll through the woods

Overall a pleasant location to hike at. The trail network contains some steep stretches. A notable feature near the summit is an abandoned truck that was originally used for work involving a cancelled Mt. Hood Highway project. The top summit itself has nothing more notable than a green watertower and is devoid of views due to the surrounding trees, so if spectacular views are what you seek, go to Hogan Butte instead (which is only a short distance away).

Yes they are....but watch for poop some people just aren't with it enough to clean up after their pet...😉
Gosh they might be...and they are muddy...or dirt...so traction might be an issue as well
It's actually on private property. So when you're up by the water tower you take a left into the private trail and shortly after you'll run into the abandoned bus. It's pretty neat.
The top of Gabbert Butte is heavily forested so there are no views. The route to the truck that is the least steep is up the gated access road from the south. If you approach from the north, the saddle Trail, it will be quite steep.
