I really don't like giving bad reviews, but I have had it. I ordered a chair in October. I understand that there are delays due to COVID and that is not what bothers me. What bothers me is that I called numerous times to check the status of my chair and rarely did I get a call back. In February I eventually learned that the chair was shipped in January to the Vancouver store. (I made the purchase in Chehalis.) After weeks of waiting and leaving messages and being promised it would be transferred from Vancouver by a certain date, finally it arrived in Chehalis on the third promised date. Of course I had to call to find out it had arrived. When I got to the store my "brand new" chair was not in the box. Instead, it was wrapped in cellophane. I took the chair home, brought it on the house, unwrapped and set it up and discovered that the arm had been scratched. I have called and emailed for two weeks to get my chair and my husband's chair (which he also recently purchased and which broke rather quickly) fixed. After initially being told they would get to it as soon as the person returned from vacation, now they have stopped responding to my emails and calls, even thought they said they would get right on it since I let them know we are moving at the end of the month.

So happy to write a glowing report! A friend and I were having lunch in the area and had discussed my interest in new living room furniture. We noticed Furniture World and decided to take a look... it was a great idea. Three floors of furniture...every size, shape and color. We were greeted by Sunni and Sharity, both very helpful and welcoming. My main goal was to find a sofa that was comfortable for my short stature. Sunni showed me several styles as we wandered about the showroom then proceeded to the second floor Immediately I found the perfect sofa, followed by a coordinating easy chair, pillows and table lamp! Now what about delivery? My home was 85 miles away from the Chehalis store, but Sunni arranged delivery via their Aberdeen store and without a hitch my selections are now perfect in my living room! Having 45+ years in retail sales myself, I was very impressed with Sunni and her staff. They will make your experience a happy one.

These guys are awesome! I'm so glad they had all the recliners on the first floor...when we bought the big man chair for my dad it was really awesome...my dad is disabled and this made a world of difference...ask for Sharity she's the best!
