I hear a lot of bad things about TJ Guyer but I rented through them for about a year and had zero problems. The people working in the main office helped me every step of the way during the application process. Gayle the apartment manager for Jackson Villa is very personable and attentive, always responded quickly to any of my concerns. My apartment was clean and well maintained. The only reason I moved out was to have a bigger house.

Anyone giving a good review on here must have been paid by TJ Guyer. They are the scummiest, most shady rental company I’ve ever heard of. Read the rental agreement carefully if you rent with them, they will slip all kinds of things in there just to screw you over and steal money from you. Never mind the fact that they break tenant rights laws all the time (not giving 24 hours notice before entering your place, renting places with no smoke alarms, etc, the list goes on.)

I rented from Tj Guyer for four years. I had many negative experiences with them that proved to me that they are unprofessional, unorganized, and they do not care about their renters. I recently finally moved out and am no longer renting from them. My sole reason for moving was to not have them as my landlords. If you want to give thousands of dollars to a monopoly that takes advantage of you, rent from these guys!

Everyone in the office was super nice and accommodating in helping us get our apartment. The application process takes a while and they only accept checks at move in, but it’s not a big deal. We already love our apartment, thank you for helping us!!
