Very quick and nice service. Staff was very polite. This is probably the only fast food joint that I allow my kids to eat at and they love their chicken nuggets.

Visited this place on the way home for the first time ever. Never ever been to a bojangles. The food was great but what was the most memorable was the fact that it was triple digit heat and the crew had no air conditioning. It was so hot in that building and the crew and the manager were still so nice and accommodating. They said that they hadn't had air conditioning for over 3 weeks due to an electrician tripping something and it wasn't fixed with no expectation of it being fixed. The manager and the crew deserve better

I ordered egg and cheese biscuit combo with season fries. They did not have me mayonnaise which I asked for. Secondly they did not even put a straw in the packet or nothing and I had to find a straw. Fries were plain with no seasoning or even salt on it, was cold like they made it an hour ago. The egg and cheese sandwich itself was cold too. I work nearby that’s why I go to this restaurant frequently- almost 2-3 times a week. They have this poor service problem since last 4-5 months and it seems like the management don’t even care.

I ordered a four-piece supreme at the drive-thru because the dine-in was closed. The lady who took my money was not very friendly. Also I only got three chicken supremes even though I ordered and paid for four. As you can see from the picture of my dirty rice that was supposed to be picnic sized I only got 3/4 a cup of dirty rice. I also had to ask for a receipt because no one provided one for me. The food was also not hot. It was room temperature.
