the staff took care of my phone issues and cut the bill for my family plan in almost half when I switched from Verizon. My brother switched and on a single plan they really took care of him. He is handicapped and his care giver was acting as go between. the people at this store protected his security and worked with him. They are wonderful

Seems like this 5G Samsung phone is one of the worst ones I think I've ever hadI seem to want freez up it slow even with full bars constantly having reset all the time

I was just in shock over what my old phone service had done to me. By default, after talking to every other service in town, I went here. They were wonderful!! I got a great phone for very little. The service costs the same as before, but the service is so much better!! I am so glad I went here.

I go through MetroPCS and they ported my number to my new phone.... Other carriers usually have a number to call to be able to help you transfer your phone number to your new phone
Call the store and ask. I read online that they are giving 60 day account credits. Idk how true it is as I haven't tried yet.
If you are trying to unlock a phone that you received from them you must be an active user for 6 months.
