I went into the aberdeen location and worked with the store manager Kayla. She is the sweetest. She went above and beyond to help this old lady with setting up my new phone and getting me everything i needed. She had such a fun and welcoming spirit. i would recommend her 10/10. The customer service at this location is great. she also talked me into getting a new tablet which may i say I LOVE IT!!!!!!!! you rock kayla girl

So went here to get a new phone and service. Really bad customer service for starters. I was rushed out of the store before closing time after I was given my phone. There was no SIM card in my phone so I had to wait til the next day to come back and have that taken care of so I could actually use my phone. The otter box I got for it did not fit properly as well so it cracked. And when I came back the next day to get a SIM card the gal working there insinuated that I my self had removed it when in actuality her employee had no idea what he was doin. Not impressed with this company at all.

Danna is an excellent representative for U.S. Cellular! She goes "above and beyond" in customer service. She's been my "go-to" person for the past 3 years that I've been a customer!

Terrible costumer service!!! You really need to make sure u tell them how to do ther're job or they'll rip you off for your money... One employee goes by the name Zach Hagain sold me the wrong product. I asked for a 128 go iPhone he went to the back of the store n brought back a 32 go iPhone me not realizing I paid 4 the 6n 50 dollar phone... I crack the phone n see on my receipt when I go back to pay for my warranty n possibly what I set out to pay for... the guy tells me "that's something "WE" should have caught when you bought it". So he expected me to pay for the phone I originally wanted in full! Yeah right if you knew how to do your DAMN job it wouldn't of happened in the first place! (BECAREFUL how you SPEND YOUR MONEY at THIS PLACE!!!). Was 1 star now 3 because not all emplyees are bad just one...
