Derek went out of his way to upgrade my device, well past what other stores would have offered. Honestly the best service I've ever received through Verizon! On top of staying late and ensuring that I was completely set regarding my upgrade, transferred phone files, and accessories, he also provided friendly, patient, and thorough assistance over the phone when my mother needed help with her account. Paul Bjornsgard was amazing at sorting through and fixing all of the problems I have encountered since I switched services to Verizon in December. I had absolutely no success with customer service on the phone, was told things that were absolutely not true multiple times and was even hung up on by customer service. Dave was very helpful and knowledgeable for our situation. They explained various options so that we could select the right fit for what we were looking for. We ended up going with two great phones and Dave got everything transferred into our new phones for us no problem. We appreciated Dave’s patience and time helping us, as we had many questions.
