Stains on the carpet, lady at front desk this morning was rude. Lady at front desk yesterday was nice. Shower heads at eye level, a/c so loud that it makes it hard to sleep. Worst comfort suites that I’ve stayed at.

Positive: The staff was extremely nice and friendly Negative: There were several things in the room that did not work. The refrigerator, the reading light next to the bed and the outlet supply at the desk. Notified the front desk and they were extremely sorry but they did not have another room to move us too

Positive: I've stayed there multiple times over the past two years. It's close to my Daughter's College Campus. The staff are always courteous and helpful. Negative: The room that I had was musty and in poor condition. If I wasn't so exhausted, from driving 8 hours, I probably would have asked for a different room. Honestly, it's the worst room that I've stayed in at this hotel!

We checked in on December 31 for a one night stay. The bed was comfy and the room was mostly clean. There were some stains on the carpet near the door, and what looked like a previous occupants makeup on the ceramic in the bathroom. The rest of the room was very clean. Why I am giving three stars is because at 8:30 this morning, a cleaning employee tried to barge in my room. Thank goodness I put the metal latch over the door. The loud abrupt noise was so jarring that I could not go back to sleep. Checkout was at 11:am and at 9:00 my key card no longer worked for the door. I brought this up to the attendee at the front desk during check out and she asked for my room number and said "wow" and then said everything was in order and to have a good day. Overall the experience was okay and I would stay again but I would recommend putting the do not disturb sign on the door.
