You have to ask yourself what kind of expectations can you reasonably have at this kind of price point. It should go without saying, you’re going to sacrifice some quality or something somewhere. No, that is not to say this is a bad product, not at all. There are just a multitude of better quality of like kind of products out there. That said, these products are perfectly fine, at least at their set quality & at their set price point. Notwithstanding, at the price points they have, the employee wages are not going to be superior or competitive in the industry; consequently translates into poor customer service. That is an additional trade-off. The factor making this type of establishment successful is volume so often times you will find the staff overwhelmed and customers in during long wait times at peak hours.

Absolutely appalled!!! Walked in to order a quick dinner after working all day for me and the mrs, and in the back where the pizza, food, etc is made, was a large guy with a beard to match, unwrapping and then pressing dough into the pans! No gloves on, no face mask, and no cover over his beard!!! If I wanted extra YUK! in my food, I came to the right place! Whatever happened to STANDARDS people??!! Are you serious?? Never, never, NEVER going back!! Disgusting!! 🤮

I really never do reviews, but I had to do this one. Not happy at all!!! I ordered a extra most best stuff crust pepperoni pizza, cheese pizza, and 2 orders of crazy bread. I called in my order at 4:30 and got there at 5:30 for pick up. After paying for my food, I'm waiting 15 more minutes and then they tell me they are out of crazy bread and replacing them with cheese bread WITHOUT even asking if that's what I want. Then one of the pizzas was the WRONG pizza!!! This place was WAY BETTER BEFORE!!! I don't know what happened, but I will not return to this location👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾

My hot n ready Italian cheese bread had no seasonings and was cold 4 minutes away from the store down the road. Would have come back, but this was my before work lunch. Luckily I could try and nuke it into something palatable. Disappointing.
