Customer service was great but the lack of communication between the service desk and the mechanics was surprising. I had my motor mounts replaced by Grafs and when I picked up my truck, I noticed that my motor mount heat shields were not reinstalled. I called the service desk and the gentlemen seem surprised like the mechanic never told them the issues he ran into during the install. Since the heat shields were not installed, one of the motor mount dampeners began to melt. I notified the service desk and they ordered new dampeners so they could be replaced when the heat shields were reinstalled. I was told to bring my truck in on a Thursday and that the job would get done on the same day. I dropped my truck off the night before and came in that Thursday afternoon to pick it up. Miscommunication between the service desk and mechanics left my truck untouched. The next day, the maintenance was completed and the heat shields were installed but the melted dampener was never replaced. I asked the service desk why the dampener was not replaced and the gentlemen at the front desk were once again surprised and had to investigate. They were told it wasn’t melted that bad. I paid for the labor and parts for the job to he done right the first time. I understand engine mount dampers are not vital in the large scheme of things but the whole issue is frustrating.

Graf's did a timing belt replacement on my 2002 4runner. Their work is top notch and I highly recommend them. Super friendly staff. Make sure you call ahead as they are extremely busy. While I was there I witnessed one of their customers buy the whole shop pizza for lunch. Who does that? A satisfied customer that's who.

We have multiple types of vehicles with 4 kids and 2 adult drivers in our house. Graff's has worked on our daughters Subaru Crosstrex, my other daughters Subaru Forester, my Toyota Sequoia and is taking care of my personal favorite now, our 1988 Dodge Raider. I have absolute confidence in this shop and would recommend family, friends, neighbors and strangers to them to be taken care of.

Depends on transmission . Most we replace with remanufactured. We can't be experts on everything. We do business with Trc you get a 3year unlimited mileage transmission warranty Nationwide
