Service was horribly slow. After ordering waters I forgot my card and went to the 14th floor and back down without getting drinks and still waited. Waited forever for the food as well. Server probably came to table total of 3 times and by the time our food got there we were in a rush to leave and just got boxes to go. Upon leaving I heard the host say that there’s an hour and thirty minute wait. Not worth it.

Beamer Ball 2.0

Walked up to the bar to order a drink and manager says he doesn’t have to the staff to ring me up and they are only serving people at the tables. Keep in mind they it was not busy and the manager also was not busy at this time. I said why can’t you serve me and he said because I am the manager and we don’t have anyone to wait on you. This corporation needs to work on customer service and how to treat loyal clients. A manager out of all people should know better than this.

Surf and Turf burger was amazing!!! Loved the chili sauce on it. Fried shrimp were lightly floured and tasted fresh and great. Service was wonderful and we look forward to coming back before our vacation is over. Can’t wait to try the Blackened Grouper Ruben

Such good food!! You could tell they were short staffed but our waitress Ashley did amazing!! Love the take home cups and every one in our group thought the burgers were amazing!!
