Moved In less then a yr, we are quiet.. drama free and clean.. the manager is nice and understanding but the residents complain alot about coming and going, parking and traffic.. if we pay rent we should be able to come and go as we please and have company when we want.. that also seems to be an issue.. we work.. we have lives.. rent is high for a concrete slab.. and we can't even come and go in peace... Too many cats that smell up the park.. also alot of the residents get multiple parking but not us.. I'm forced to park my car near the street where it's not a good area.. don't rent from here the people are ridiculous and it's basically a huge litter box..

Not a lot of visitor parking spaces & so many stray cats. But pretty quiet for the area it's in. Some stairs Need to be replaced in there, it's an accident waiting to happen.

As a resident who has now lived here for almost 2.5 years under two different managers, I can tell you how good this park has become from what it was. Previous management did very little to improve anything and I was almost ready to look for another place when the new manager took over almost 2 years ago. The constant noise, arguments, and disregard for mutual respect and common decency has improved 110%. The transients that were constantly moving thru the park are gone. The weeds, trash, and filth that used to prevail throughout the place have been cleaned up and the individual spaces greatly improved. Of course nothing and no one is ever perfect so there is much more to do but I'm not planning on going anywhere else. The park is at almost 100% occupancy and so anyone looking for a good place to live should get on the waiting list ASAP.

Don't live here unless you're a druggie lowlife or crook. You'll fit right in. If I could give no stars I would. I wouldn't live here if you paid me. A friend of mine moved there into a nice little manufactured style home out of pure desperation about 4 years. It wasn't too bad back then. Not great either but ok. It got worse over the years. Finally he was able to move out. People there were casing his place as we were moving him out cuz as soon as he was gone they broke in and tried to steal the kitchen cupboards but we're caught in the act. SMH Ninety percent lowlifes reside in this trailer park. Management doesn't give a damn. Then there's the druggies and homeless loitering on the side and front of the front house that's been vacant for years. I've even see people shooting up in the back and side yard. Police have recently been patrolling the front but inside and in the back is a free for all. I'm so happy my friend finally found a safe and clean home. I won't ever have to step foot in there again.

Rent runs from about 550-750 depending on the empty lot. You bring your own trailer to live in. You must make 2.5 times the rent. Beyond that, you should call the office, they can tell you everything you need to know.
You must make 2.5 times the rent, and there is very few mobiles for rent. This is more of an RV village, where you own your rig and park it to live in.
Yes they do but I am not the manager her name is Emily Flores and she's saposta be in the office m thru f 8 to 4 so try calling her ok
Because i visit a friend there i know pets are allowed. 2 limit and no large dogs I believe. There is a leash requirement. Not sure if there is or how much the pet deposit is though. Hope this helps.
Resident answering. There is one mobile home unit going up for sale soon, but it's not posted yet. There are 3 RV spots available right now, but you have to have your own RV or Travel Trailer for those spots.

Please call manager.
Need to go talk with. Management
No it's not a 55 plus no kids park. No you don't have to rent a trailer and space. There are some mobilehomes they rent or you can bring your trailer or motorhome and just rent a space.
