This was the worst customer service I ever received, Staff (after waiting to talk to someone 30 minutes) did not want to be bothered. I was told i needed to go to a different branch as they were not able to help me. I was with BofA since 2005; left last year. The fees they charge should be illegal 35 dollars every few days till you pay balance owed and then runs into 270 dollars in fees for 5 dollar charge they didn't pay and I was one dollar shy. Uggghhb
