We loved working with Cathy in the showroom. She was so helpful and knowledgeable in making suggestions of the type of carpet that would work best for the area we needed it for. With her help, we found the perfect carpet for our stairs and hallways. Cathy also selected the best installer us. Ben has a long family and personal history of carpet installation and he did an absolutely fantastic job. He was so easy to work with and gave us good information about the carpet as well. There wasn't anything we were unhappy with in both shopping for carpeting at Carpet One and in the installation of the carpet by Ben. We highly recommend them and will be using them again in the future!

The installation crew was great. They were on-time, worked hard all day, were careful with the furniture, and were very considerate. The job was done perfectly and on time. Our kitchen remodel involved tearing the whole kitchen out down to it's lath and plaster, knob and tubing beginnings. Carpet One provided the cabinets, countertops and tile but more importantly Cecil worked closely with us and our contractor in making creative changes to our floor plan design to meet our needs. Such a great experience with carpet one. Amanda was so helpful with answering all our questions about what carpet to pick to fit best with our busy house hold.
