Went in to see if they could cut 7 tiles into a template I made. These tiles were broken during a renovation in my kitchen. The lady was rude! I took the tile in, she barely even looked at it and said no, we don't have that tile and we won't cut. I asked if we bought a tile there if they would cut. Quick no again. So what will the do?

Friendly enough service and nice selection of tiles. What I didn’t like is not getting a better price and having a contractor tell me after the fact that I paid too much. So beware that you may not be getting a price that can’t be lowered

Always offers great help with plenty of selection. Used them for supplies to backsplash my old kitchen. Just went back to do the process again for the new houses kitchen too.
