I never get disappointed when stopping by a Hickory Tavern spot. This was a ME date when i just went to unwind after a stressful week(alone),and it worked! These places always bring out good feelings from most folk around in the place as well. The service is good and the food is a good variety. Beer constantly flows and goes well with whatever is on the menu. This one had a DJ both that looked like it was about get crunk up about the time i was finishing up...around 730 maybe 8... On a wednesday!..so understand the atmosphere...lol It is also in the area of a couple hotels and a business park and close by the interstate (I-77 northbound side) Come good, leave better!!

Great customer service and awesome food!! The Brussel sprouts and Reuben sandwich were perfect!! I visited again recently and had the BEST waitress, Thea that anyone could ever ask for! She's AWESOME!! Keep up the good work!

Always a great experience. The staff is very attentive and kind. The good is always good. Thank you. I do wish they kept the asparagus on the menu.

It has been years since I have visited a Hickory Tavern. We opted to visit this location for a late weekday lunch with a party of 6. The restaurant was nearly empty. We were promptly seated. An unfortunate accident led to a change in servers. But this was explained to us immediately by the manager. Our replacement server came over quickly to take our orders. After that, the service was a wee bit slow, especially considering it was so empty in there. But it wasn't a huge problem. Everyone was happy with their food orders. The food was hot and delivered as ordered. Overall, it was a solid experience. I would definitely give them a return visit in the future. Pro-tip: Apparently they do karaoke on Thursdays at 7pm.
