After multiple bad experiences at this location, we decided to give it a last chance tonight. Oh, what a mistake that ended up being. First, our host sat us at a dirty table. I took it upon myself to wipe the table off. The host returned along side our waitress, "Oh, you wiped it off already?" We were a party of 2. After placing our order, out waitress seemed to disappear, as a new waitress began service tables around us. We both ordered fried entrees. Another customer sat behind us about 10 minutes after we had ordered. He received his meal before us. About 45 minutes after ordering, our food finally showed up. Not to my surprise, a part of my order was missing. I let the new waitress know, and she said she'd be right back. A few minutes pass, and our original waitress reappears. "I heard something was missing?" she said in a tone, as if offended. Steamed broccoli. The broccoli was brought back, barely steamed and tough. Both of our entrees had a hair in them. The cornbread was burned, and the biscuits weren't baked long enough. At this point, we just want to get our check and leave. The woman working the register doesn't register that I ask to split the check, and rings it all up on one. When I correct her, she removes the other entree and still charges me for both drinks. Needless to say, we've decided to completely rewrite off this location.

Food was it's usual...Cracker Barrel good, but the waitress was doing the most. She kept forgetting things we ordered & never returned to the table & stated "Yeah, I forgot." So, I know the next time I decide to eat there, I don't want her anymore. We had eaten there a few weeks ago and the waitress who has colorful hair(green/yellow) was the best waitress we've encountered in a long time. It was a group of 6 and we made sure her tip matched her service that she delivered.

My dad is a big fan of cracker barrel so we went here for lunch. The menu is basic southern food but I really don't enjoy anything other than there breakfast pancakes that had a great taste. My dad ordered the shrimp meal and they where very small with a lot of breading. The fried apples are ok and the overall breakfast was okay. Although I don't wish to eat here. I do believe that parents and your older family members may find this place ok. Long wait and low on waiters very short. My cup was so dirty I wouldn't trust any of there dishes. So I say go for yourself and leave a review for the next person. Hope this helps someone

This place was an experience, We landed in CLT airport and had several hours to kill, a friend picked us up and took us to this place for breakfast. If this is what Americans call "Southern Hospitality", God bless the South! For starters the waitress was a 10/10 Her attitude was very energizing, very friendly and very helpful. That alone was very pleasant. What about the food you ask? I ordered Pecan Pancakes, in my life I have had many types of pancakes but none like these. Fluffy, nice toasted edges, and actual pecans inside. They serve their maple syrup in small tiny bottles which look adorable My only regret is that I was not hungrier Or I would have gone for seconds

Had a waitress refilling water from one cup table to table. Was not able to drink anything after that. Wasn't safe.
You don't have to make reservations bc they always have tables available or a really short wait..
It's open for pick up and the shop is open as well.
Acceptable prices ...
I think this one only has two. Some have three.
The one in Matthews had some over the holidays........
