American Airlines put us there after a cancelled flight, and after a very long cab ride our expectations were low. I’m delighted to report that the University Sleep Inn exceeded our expectations in every regard! The room was clean, and the mattress, bedding and extra pillows were super comfortable! There was a mini-fridge, microwave, coffee maker, and easy to operate air-conditioner. One reviewer complained that there wasn’t a tub. Really??? Who needs a tub when traveling! But the best part was the super friendly staff - especially the woman of color mopping the lobby - who went out of her way to help us get a cab back to the airport. It was an all-around very positive stay - just a long drive from the airport.

Matthew manage this location very professional and the lady ova housekeeping is such a sweet concerned and always trying to make your stay is very pleasant. And I love the breakfast 5-9am but coffee and tea is always available and my favorite front desk clerk Evelyn is always treating you like your family makes it comfortable to come to her with any concerns or just a question and it makes u feel like it's home away from home. The best service by far this place will be my first choice the beds are pillow top mattresses and they give u plenty soft pillows (4) will insure a great night sleep as well my favorite housekeeper is Shakira she's always smiling & she cleaned my room was immaculate such a good thing during these times they always cleaning main area's to keep everyone safe "Best Service" Ever.

Great location but a little pricier than other Sleep Inn's because of it. It's worth the convenience. Breakfast attendant and front desk are extra nice and very helpful. My room only had one USB port so not to modern yet in that area. No ATM, Have to use Bank of America ATM next Door.

Positive: When we checked in the lobby was very busy. The staff assisted each customer fast and was very nice. Negative: The building smelt like smoke. Our room was small than expected, The toilet was very loud when we flushed it, and the room wasn't as clean as I would've liked it to be.
