My first experience was an excellent one and I felt valued as a customer. Alfredo spent about 30 mins to efficiently plug the nail in my tire. He did not try to sell me four replacement tires, he put my interest first. Definitely recommend getting there early because the line can get long. There are two entrances and the staff saw that both another customer and I arrived very early and he professionally opened the door that we were waiting at first. He could have ignored the fact we got there at 730 and given priority to the other customers through door 2 but he didn’t. Les Schwab has created a positive impression and will come to them for future tires. Thank you

I caught a nail coming off the freeway. Called for a road side service and after one of their amazing team members patched the tire, we found the side walls were too heavily damaged from pulling off the road to a safe place. Alfredo followed me back to the shop and got me safely back on the road. This went beyond even the best customer service. Trust in Les Schwab they have your back.

Waited nearly three hours (originally told 1 1/2 hour wait) for repair and after the tire leak was ‘fixed’ and showed it was at full air, it returned to 18psi within a few hours. While we were on a road trip. In the middle of nowhere in the dark. I can understand and appreciate there’s a shortage of staff, but ultimately need the issue we came in for addressed, especially after waiting so long. Or if it can’t be repaired at least let us know. The staff were very pleasant during intake but it’s just a shame it turned out like this.
