Stayed for a week bc I was on vacation. Filthy room. Filthy bathrooms. Always some drama with neighbors. Seems like I was in the hood or something... Wouldn’t recommend if you have bad allergies. The place only looks nice on photos. The only thing that I like is that the grocery store and restaurants are walking distance. Wouldn’t spend another week, that would be disrespectful.

The room was disgusting. A non-smoking room with noticeable smoke stains all over the walls, and the pungent smoke smell lingered. There was a plastic bag that was over the smoke detector. The toilet was almost nonfunctional. There were what appeared to be burn marks all over and on the bathroom toilet. We were there for three days due to a family emergency. And after we had left, there was an additional charge in our bank account of more than $100 randomly. The front office does not answer phones during business hours to explain where this random charge came from. The room was left as it was when we arrived. The lower price did not outweigh the overall filth that we had experienced.

The only reason I’m giving it 2 stars is because the issue isn’t fully on this location and the two woman at the front desk tried what they could to accommodate but were unable. I had a reservation for a month starting on Friday 3/25/22 drove from Connecticut with 2 kids under 6, got to the hotel and they had no availability. I did get my money back thanks to the women working front desk but it was extremely unprofessional of Redroof as I booked on their person website, not a 3rd party. They could have at least called, or emailed. But those women at the front desk were amazing even explained other places to look into going to on such short notice

We paid for a non-smoking room, we got to our room and it had a strong cigarette smoke smell. When we asked the front desk for a new room because it was so strong and we paid for a non-smoking room the front desk attendant said no she wouldn’t help, all the rooms were smoke free and that she would give us an air freshener or we could come back on Monday. Our room was covered in stains and we wouldn’t have minded except for the pungent smell and the poor assistance.

My has no mold. My bathroom door close, but you can just push it open..plus the lock doesn't work. Fig leans over, have a case of pops floded under one conner. The light above the stove doesn't work. The room phone doesn't work too. Been here from June. They don't clean the rooms. Just knock and ask if you need anything? ......Yean, a clean and a very clean room. Is that asking for too damn much. We're paying?
