Definitely have some hidden treasures here at this location; the items at this location are mostly new with department store tags still in place. Overall, the quality of the items are quite good.... Organized well, the aisles arent over loaded... Plenty of space to move about. Bathroom was tidy. And plenty of employees on the floor the help with questions. My two conversations with the staff members were positive, they were polite and respectful. The pricing on items were fairly standard for Goodwill... Just shop for those tag specials; and you'll snag a deal.

Rude staff, they don't like it when people ask questions. Most things are crazy overpriced. Whoever prices everything seems to think it's a retail store..

Very aggressive staff when it gets close to closing time. They start making "store is closing" announcements every 5 minutes starting 1/2 hour till, and at 15 minutes till, they approach you and tell you to "take you items to the front of the store....!" If you mention that you still have 15 minutes left, they stand and stare, and follow you until you head to the front. I Have personally experienced this on 3 occasions.....

Went in about 12 hours before mask mandate ended and I had my dates wrong. Was confronted, not greeted, confronted by employee asking where is my mask. I stated I thought it was over, and in return was told no, it is not over. You can't come in without a mask. I understand this, absolutely. I would have then just put on a mask and went in but she was so rude and confrontational that I just decided to come back in 12 hrs. Lol I did go back. $12.99 for a pair of jeans with a hole in the leg, $32.99 for a pair of name brand jeans, used. I just purchased the same jeans at a department store on clearance for $20.99. Home goods are priced as if they are new. A tank top was priced at $12.99, but it actually still had the Walmart tags on it for $6.99. So what's really going on here? As if everyone isn't struggling enough already? Very disappointed as I have been a goodwill customer for years. But you can get the same things NEW for the same price or less. Doesn't make sense.
