A great and delightful experience going into a place where people actually know about the products they sell....that would be Pape in Sumner. Sales rep, Hans, was able to answer all my questions, even some before I asked him. He's very knowledgeable and helpful. Thanks to Hans, I bought the John Deere backhoe that was the ideal model for what I needed to do. A few days later it was delivered by Robert who was also very knowledgeable and helpful. I've talked with other associates at Pape in Sumner; all seem to be focus on giving the customers an A-1 experience.
