Came out to clean and replace fan. After replacement the fan was making a lot of noise and not blowing hot air. Spoke with them about this, turns out they received a bad shipment of fans from their supplier. They came back out and corrected the issue. Works great now. Great job and service!

We decided to put in a woodstove and started on the research in August. I decided to go to all the local stove dealerships and see what everyone had to offer. For us, it came down to the communication, attentiveness, & availability. I visited a few of the stores twice- to let them know I was serious and also to compare the stoves. Glen and Keven took excellent care of us. Anderson fireplace answered the phone, returned phone calls, was ready to install very quickly, sent the estimates almost immediately and got the job installed without any issues. I am still waiting to hear back on pricing from the other businesses several weeks later... We are almost at the end of our first full week with our new Lopi Evergreen freestanding woodstove and absolutely LOVE it. It's quiet, HOT and basically amazing. It is heating almost the whole house-it's actually heating way more space then we thought it would. (huge house) We are amazed by the heat and only wish we would have installed one of these years ago.

New Fireplace X Stove the motor is going out vibration and noise. I will update this review if our issue is resolved in a correct manner. The interface on the remote to fan also locks up until the fireplace is restarted. Your service tech Collin came out and corrected numerous issues. He leveled the stove, tightened the motor mounts, corrected the logs positioning and cleaned the glass. The noise is gone , and it’s never looked this good! He did a great job! Thanks!

Had two wood burning fireplaces converted to gas. Anderson Fireplace did a great job, and I simply love them!
