Very professional and easy to work with. I pre ordered a Camry. Waited for a month to get but only because of demand and production. Had to postpone my purchase for a short time, but they were willing to wait for a resolution on my end. Financing worked hard to get us the best rate to meet our needs. I have bought many new vehicles and this was the most pleasant purchase I have experienced.

***Update as of 6/22/2022...I tried working with Rich S. the General Sales Manager, as he asked me to contact him directly if I needed anything in the future, and at first it seemed very promising, however when I attempted contacting him last week on 6/14/2022, it took him until 6/17/2022 to respond to my email. In addition, I asked to communicate via email and again that was ignored and I was asked to call him. I just really wish they cared enough to pay attention to their customers requests and wishes. I am saddened by today's lack of customer focus...especially when you consider the world we now live in. Oh well...there are lots of other Toyota dealers out there that I can try.*** Very poor and unprofessional service when attempting to trade in my current vehicle for a new one. Worked with Miguel R., who at first was great, except for sending me an offer for a vehicle that wasn’t available…even though I indicated it had to be available now! That was of course until I tried to negotiate after being presented an offer that I didn’t find acceptable. Then it all changed!! I had spent a considerable amount of time attempting to explain my situation and why I wanted to trade in my current vehicle in my initial correspondence…however after reviewing the offer and explaining what I was hoping for, he conveniently forgot all the information I already provided and became rude and condescending. I will never know why a simple, “sorry this isn’t going to work”, isn’t acceptable anymore…it seems to always become rude and condescending. As if that is demeanor is going to make me want to continue to work with their dealership!! I suggest in the future you fully consider the information you are provided when trying to make a deal…as to not waste your time as well as your customers. I am an adult…not a child…and can handle the word no! Will never attempt working with them again.

Amazing experience! They lived up to the expectations. Communication was great, really efficient. Manuel “Manny” Navas is the man to talk to! Really humble, kept me updated with the car I had in order and hooked me up with the best deal! If it wasn’t for him, I wouldn’t have gotten the car that I wanted. Overall as well, the service was great and all were friendly! I definitely recommend this place if you’re looking for a new car!

Very safe. They provide hand sanitation, masks, one way direction, and when I was there they had a person opening doors for customers.
You do not have to physically come in to purchase a vehicle from Toyota of Gladstone. We understand that due to Covid everyone has a different comfort level right now so we have added our online express store. With the Toyota of Gladstone Express store you can complete your entire purchase from your home and we will deliver it to you within a 30 mile radius. Many of our customers in the past year have done exactly that to save time and exposure.

You select Drop Off, Shuttle, Wait, or Rental when you schedule a service appointment. They have negotiated rate with Enterprise starting at $35/hr day for rentals. The free shuttle operates first come first served within a 10 mile radius M-F at 645, 745, 9, 10, and 11am in the morning and 2, 3, and 4pm in the afternoons.
