This school district is horrible. I want to find something good to say but it is all around a dumpster fire from curriculum to the teachers union to the handling of masks/Covid-19 and the response time/responses when issues are raised. I have dealt with the district for 14 years and the insanity here is off the charts. It has gotten worse every year.

PPS seems like it's full of great teachers but the union doesn't care one bit about the students. During the pandemic the union demanded that teachers be first in line to get vaccinated before front line workers. Fine. But then they said there's no way they will come back to teach 5 days a week. Instead my kid was there 2 days a week for two hours a day. They never gave any explanation for the scientific reasoning behind this decision. None. Very little communication with parents, actually, throughout this fiasco.

This school district is trash. It has allowed a teacher to REMOVE THE AMERICAN FLAG from her classroom because she says the AMERICAN FLAG STANDS FOR VIOLENCE AND HATE. How can a school district allow a teacher with bias opinions teach our youth. We need to demand action should be taken
