Had an unbelievably awful experience here. Karla and Megan were awful to work with. Incredibly rude and unhelpful. So many errors that were made on their end that affected us so negatively with no accountability. It got so bad that we were literally counting down the days until our lease was up so we could get out of there. Tried to get in contact with MC companies multiple times to get help from them since management here was so unhelpful but literally never got a call or email back. They could not have made us feel more unwelcome or uncomfortable if they tried. Too many issues to count. They also do not keep the property as clean as they advertise as seen in the attached picture. They’ll go weeks at a time without emptying the trash and rarely refill the doggy bags throughout the property.

These apartments have everything you need! The property is well maintained and service requests gets handled professionally and in a timely manner! Karla is the office makes sure this property is kept up and she has amazing communication skills! Thank you for making our experience living here the best! When we had our first and only maintenance ticket she mad sure to follow up once it was completed to make sure everything was going good! Thank you!
