It's quiet and quaint here too. I like the fact that it has security on-site and it's about 4 to 5 minutes away from Fire Dept and the Police Station

We stayed here only because we had no other options. The park is super ran down and dusty. The sewer lines spew raw sewage on the ground. We made numerous complaints to manager on site and was offered another site or extended stay? Now why in the world would I want to stay in a park where raw sewage is contaminating the grounds first off and secondly how come I'm told by other guest and maintenance staff that this is an on going issues that hasn't been resolved. This management company needs to reimburse us our money and replace the damaged items done to our belongings caused by their neglect. This is not a problem that should be taken lightly or disregarded by offering free stays. Refund our money. EPA should be notified of your contaminating the earth and grounds.

The people I've spoken with in the office have been very helpful and nice. Me and my fiance have been staying in our spot for a few weeks now and we love it. The park itself is not too much to look at, but it's perfect for what we need.

The service is excellent, they have showers you can go to as well as restrooms available to those who pay. The drawback is that there was an issue with not enough voltage coming through from the powerbox when other rvs were next to us, the front office allowed us to move to another spot and haven't had an issue since.
