I'll never return. I hope the 8% surcharge was worth it for them to serve me once but drive me away forever. I ordered the Cali Benedict which was good but better after adding a lot of hot sauce. But no amount of hot sauce can hide the fact that the cook or whomever does the food prep doesn't know that avocados need to ripen before they are served. Biting into hard slices of avocado ruined the entire meal for me. They were slightly cold which means they store unripe avocados in the refrigerator so that they never stand a chance of becoming delicious ripe avocados. They should only be refrigerated AFTER becoming ripe. Makes me wonder what else this place does badly. Probably a lot but I won't be going back to find out. Oh and they have those cool old school juke box things at each table but mine as well as others that I could see had "broken" signs on them.

What a wonderful spot to grab a bite to eat with a bit of nostalgia! The service was excellent, very attentive and caring - they even asked me if I wanted a coke to go! The food was absolutely delicious and tasty. I will definitely be going back to try some of their other eats.

Love visiting here with the family. Fun atmosphere! Greasy old school diner food at its finest!! The waitress was awesome. Bathrooms were clean! Plenty of out door covered seating too! Can't wait to come back!

I absolutely love this place . It's very cute and gives off great vibes. I haven't had a bad dish ever here!! I usually get King Kong which is chicken fried steak with mashed potatoes, gravy, and veggies. Plus I cant leave without getting the apple crumble. You can either do take out or dine in and I always eat inside because the place is so pretty. Plus the staff is always nice and friendly.

Tables were clean and patrons were seated at every other table. Masks were being worn by all staff.
The location at 35th and Nortern in no way compares to 16th St. Have been there 3 times and been disappointed every time. Never disappointed at 16th Street. They are fantastic
Yes, but they only accept 'real money' (their words, not mine). apparently offering to barter their food for you new sick mix, a box of broken flip phones and a 'non-sexual' hug is frownes upon at thjs establishment.
They were only open til about 9 as of this week
