The server Gertrude was a sweetheart and kept us informed every so often. She Made sure we were satisfied. She made the service quick and easy. I highly recommend coming to this dennys over any other.

Went in Feb 24th for my birthday to take advantage of my coupon for a free birthday slam... Coupon said in store only. I thought, like other places, that just meant there wasn't a way to redeem online or through an app. When I went inside, it was dead, and nobody up front. After a minute or two, I was greeted by the server and informed that the coupon is dine-in only. She seated me and took my order. Took a while for the food, and most of the time I couldn't but overhear the manager talking to my server and another worker about silverware and other side work. He was the one to drop off the food. Between the food taking a while, and needing to get home to take medicine, I asked for a box. Boxed up my food, and was waiting for the server to drop off the check. Overheard her say something unpleasant, which was most likely about me... Even if not, employees should never talk bad about guests where guests can hear them. Save that for the back. Finally, asked her as she was walking by one of the times about the check. She told me I could pay up front. Manager was trying to check me out, but seemed to have trouble with using the operating system. Server finally came up and took over. At least the blonde girl, who I believe may have the opening server, was friendly and said Happy Birthday on my way out. THANKS! 😊 Wish my server and the manager had a similar attitude. Didn't think it was my place to explain why i was on a time constraint. Tipped a couple bucks, but would've been much if I felt welcomed. The server seemed indifferent the moment i came in and brought up the coupon... Also, when I got home, the pancakes were delicious but the scrambled eggs were overcooked

So when you don't want onions in your hash browns and they bring you a little tiny plate with replacement hash browns. The rest of our food still tasted like onions. It took us almost 50 minutes to get our meal served today. This is was terrible and our waitress was even worse. Her attitude was so negative it was unbelievable. Short staffed or not her job is to try to overcome some of the negativity in the restaurant and be positive. She failed miserably even if the kitchen failed.

The absolute worst ever !! Said it would be done in 10 it took 55 min for a nasty burnt dirt on the lettuce Heal of tomato .my first bad review in my life not because I've never had bad food .but I simply understand everyone has a bad day ....well not this place it was done purposely if u ask me cheese barly hot tells me it was sitting a while .ur warned waste of ur time don't eat this dive .people are rude as hell to boot
