I called and got a quote for $2.85 per lb for cell phones, but only received $1.50 per lb . Every other scrap was paid very poorly , better to look else where for honest people and better payments

I just had my mother in law stop in there with a bag of cans that she wanted to bring in but I loaded the truck with about 5 or 600 pounds of steel so she could get a little Bang for her buck fill the gas tank whatever. She went to this place and they unloaded all the steel and paid her for just the cans. They made her 0 for the steel and they kept it. I just called and the guy on the phone said it's your problem dude. You should have came in yourself. I wouldn't suggest bringing even non Ferris items to this place if they're willing to rip a little old lady off. I told him fine I will post it so other people know and he just laughed.

This place is a little hard to get in and out of, but their customer service is much better than a typical recycling place and they are attentive and quick at weighing and paying out. And ignore these reviewers complaining about prices. Market prices move and aluminum or anything else being low or high isn't the recyclers fault! I've sold cans over a dollar and close to .30 cents - that's just how it goes with commodities.
