My car’s left headlight went out and I went to this O’Reilly’s auto shop on a Sunday to get some help. The Assistant Manager, Josh, was busy helping with other consumers’ cars but he was able to help me. What I thought was just a replacement for a headlight, ended up being something way bigger. Josh was able to not only help install my new headlight, but to work on the connectors to get the headlight to turn on to begin with. It took some time but he was so helpful, funny, and patient with me. The following week, my other headlight went out and I tried to go to a different O’Reilly’s and they were no help so I immediately came back to Josh. He was able to help me again, for I had the same connecting issue on the other headlight. I didn’t have cash to leave a tip, because believe me, he definitely earned it! I am so grateful to get the help that I needed from him! Thank you Josh!
