They're all knowledgeable, they get the right parts, help with codes advanced battery charging. If I'm ever working on a vehicle and need a bolt or any random part, I'm literally there and back in 5 minutes. Best part about autozone is the 20 dollars store credit for every 5 times you spend 20 dollars. Plus they offer a veteran discount, 10%, bet you didn't know! (Isn't advertised!) All-in-all, it's a great neighborhood store.. no complaints here!

I had a great experience and awesome customer service today. I want to take the time to thank Maureen. She was such a great help, quick, and had no problem doing for my car in the hot heat. After testing our battery she made sure we got the correct battery for our car and quickly installed a new one for us. She also checked my starter, and alternator after replacing the battery. Very Friendly, courteous and professional! I will definitely be back! What an asset to the store! Thank you Maureen! :)

My son n I went in to buy a new battery for his car. A young man named Isaiah helped us out. He informed me that the battery was under warranty and that we could exchange it for free. As we were talking, he said he was going to school to be a mechanic and that he was happy to work at the auto parts store as it lined up with his career choice and he could excel in learning about car mechanics. He was very nice and polite and very helpful. He even carried the old battery from my car AND carried the new one out to my car. I didn't even ask him to do that!!! Now thats customer service!! Mike. They sell a kit in the help section thats called spark plug repair kit it contains three different size inserts and a tool to clean threads or in large the hole to insert the new thread sleeve. . Make sure to use red lock tight before you insert the new sleeve. The part number is 5334-14

Absolutely, u can even call the store ahead of time for double checking and to have the hose ready for u. Ur hose part number will be either "D72423" or "CHR0017R" this will make it much easier bcuz its a direct look up. And its under $20 too!!! Best luck Rachel !
