Stay clear of this place!! Ordered online, showed up and they charged double. I brought to there attention and could careless. Said it was wrong and it was not their fault. Got the owner/manager and he was even worst. Acted angry and frustrated, and NEVER apologized. Complained about some employee that set up the menu and quit. I can see why they quit if they had to work for this guy. Could have been a simple apology or simple coupon for next time. Instead huffed and puffed about the problem. Finally!! He acted like he was writing my name down in a coupon book, there was like 50 names. I live less then a mile from this place. I will never eat there again. They could careless about there customers, stay clear!

I ordered from the online menus and when I got to the restaurant, my bill had almost doubled. I asked why that was, they said those prices were changed 2 months ago. I said I understood however, the prices on the website were different. Then onother person came to look at the ticket and they said, well they were raised by $2.00. Not true I said. Then they called the owner, Nick, and he said, that yes they were changed 2-3 months ago. I explained that it's not reflected on the website but he offered me dessert. I told him I had a budget in mind, my children and I were looking forward to the dinner because it was my 1st time ordering take out from his restaurant. He said there was nothing he could do. I was so humiliated because this went on while other customers were standing behind me. I have dined at many restaurants in Scottsdale and I know there's not one owner, at least one with self respect, customer service, would have let a customer walk out of his or her restaurant. It wasn't a con, I ordered from his Website. Never again and any of my friends ask, I will not recommend this restaurant.

I have been a regular take out customer for years at the Nick’s location on Pima and Pinnacle Peak. Tonight I tried to call in an order for pick up and was told they could not do it over the phone because they were under staffed and overwhelmed. However I could come in and place the order and wait while it was prepared. Person answering the phone must have been overwhelmed as he was quite rude.. I might add I always tip the staff for the take out service and never once received a thank you. Guessing there is someone else who will appreciate my business going forward.

I've been going to Nicks off and on for over 15 years. It's nice to go to a local place where the food is perfect and made exactly the same as you expect. Also the same staff! My favorite is the cucumber salad, calamari or the Greek salad with salmon. Delicious house gravy! Back at Nick's and amazing as ever. Homemade pasta, and fresh, grilled calamari. Unfortunately it was too good to stop and take a photo. Desert options also delicious.
