LONG OVERDUE UPDATE: MARCH 2022 After two very long, trying years with post office shenanigans, border closures (we live in Canada, but are U.S. citizens), and a LOT of difficulties with figuring out the best way to get our stuff delivered, I am writing again to say what a treasure I consider the staff and service at this mailbox to be. My husband and I are being well cared for, as we have navigated the twists and turns of the COVID pandemic. These people CARE, and they do a wonderful job. I appreciate you, Chris, Sam & staff, for hanging in there, and especially for you staying in business. I wouldn't want anyone else handling our over-the-border mail. I miss you guys, and hope we will be blithely crossing the border again. I always looked forward to stopping by for a kind welcome, and a joke or two. THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR ALL THE GREAT SERVICE OVER THE YEARS. SOME THINGS NEVER CHANGE. I DEPEND UPON YOU, AND YOU ARE THERE!!! My husband and I have been customers for over three years. Personable, friendly, dare I say goofy and fun (you know who you are!), we really appreciate the warm vibe and highly professional service. In this day and age, it's very nice to WANT to pay the renewal for a service well rendered. Thanks everyone for making me feel at home when I stop by.

Drive up open every week day! If drive-up window is busy an employee comes out to your car to move things along. They have a sign welcoming ALL people and they are masked up for covid safety. Love this place.

Hello Julio, At our facility, you would indeed be able to have a personal mailing address at our location with Email and/or SMS notification for when parcels come in, as well as recieve correspondence from any major courier service, United States Postal Service, and freight up to 2200lbs.
