I have never felt the need to actually take the time to leave a business a Google review, but here we are. I REALLY REALLY wanted to have a good experience with this place, especially because they were nice and seemed fairly professional on the front end. After a mistake on their end, everything else was downhill from there. Nonexistent communication, conflicting timelines, and then an inability to fix the said mistake. I paid for my own disappointment. Twice. The frustrating part is that I actually believe they are capable of doing good work and that they could be pleasant. It just ended up not being my experience! I hope my experience was a one off anomaly and as a fellow business owner, I wish them the best!

Took my wife’s ring down there to get a name engraved on it, it’s been three weeks now. Supposedly called me six or seven days after it was done, now I can’t get anybody to answer the phone and the business is always closed. I guess they went out of business, Probably because the way they conduct their business.

I had a last minute idea and they were able to fulfill my order within 24 hours. The owner was patient while we searched the right font for the project, and he did it for a great price. I’ll definitely be back and I’ll refer with 100% confidence.
