I was ordering for my office. So ordering had to be perfect. I was asking questions and it seemed like she didn’t even want to explain the menu, I never been to Wendy’s so this first time experience was horrible! While I was waiting for my order she didn’t hand me my receipt. I had to ask for it, then gave me my drinks that were all wet and leaking. The drink carrier didn’t even help with how soaked it was. I had to go back and she didn’t even apologize nicely and I asked to speak with a manager and she stated she was one. I asked if she knew the item was missing she said no… but she was the one that put everything in my order…HOW ARE YOU A MANAGER AND MAKING THESE MISTAKES!!

Ordered some Bacon Double Stacks and a jr crispy chicken sandwich everything was cold and the chicken was hard as a rock!! I thought Mc Donald’s was worst but I guess they have new competition, not worth my time too drive back for a refund. If I could give them a No Stars I would!

I don’t think I’ll be returning to this location for awhile. This is my normal Wendy’s I visit. The customer service today felt rushed and then the egg and sausage breakfast sandwich I had later made me angry. I noticed the egg was oddly tough to bite through. I ate almost all of it until I realized the last bit of egg was weirdly chewy. I grabbed it and tried to pull it apart. It was plastic!!

Let me just say the girl taking our order had a fabulous vibe, was friendly, and let me know if the bathroom door did not open that meant someone was in there. My husband LOVED the Oatmeal cookies❣ Our sodas calibrated to perfection. Fries to die for. The #8 sandwich was new for us. Pretty darn good. Lobby was clean, ladie's bathroom was too.
